Responsibilities

• Use suggestive selling techniques for food and beverage
• Attend daily pre-meal tastings and pre-shift meetings
• Greet guests and take orders promptly
• Serve food and beverage requests and check for guest satisfaction
• Manage guest checks and ensure proper payment
• Assist in clearing and setting up tables
• Communicate guest comments or complaints to management
• Adhere to Colorado liquor laws regarding service to minors and intoxicated guests

Requirements

• At least 1 year of restaurant experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Familiarity with Forbes 5-Star standards
• Basic knowledge of wine, food, and cooking methods
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in wet, hot, or humid conditions
