Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage in a timely and professional manner
• Use suggestive selling techniques for food and beverage
• Attend daily pre-meal tastings and pre-shift meetings
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve requests promptly
• Check with guests during meals to ensure satisfaction
• Handle guest checks and process proper payments
• Assist in clearing and setting up tables before, during, and after service
• Communicate guest comments or complaints to the manager
• Adhere to Colorado liquor laws regarding minors and intoxicated guests

Requirements

• At least 1 year of restaurant experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Familiarity with Forbes 5-Star standards and procedures
• Basic knowledge of wine, food, and cooking methods
• Ability to stand, walk, or be on feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

• Proficiency in verbal and written communication
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability to changing environments
