About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing back office associates
- Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and resources
- Assess training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to programs
- Monitor the progress of trainees and provide ongoing feedback
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and priorities
- Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate relevant content into training
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in a training role, ideally within a back office environment
- Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Passion for mentoring and developing others
