About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact point for internal and external customers regarding Technical Service activities
- Respond to and filter incoming communications
- Plan service activities using available system tools and information
- Order, process, and receive parts and products
- Manage the shipment of machines and international receiving in line with SLAs
- Manage spare parts orders and supplier orders
- Handle administrative requests, including inquiries regarding documents, contracts, and pricing
- Support QA activities, complaint management, and scrapping activities in collaboration with EHS
- Manage import/export processes within the organization
Requirements
- High school diploma or University degree
- Previous experience in administration or back-office activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
