Responsibilities

  • Evaluate business processes and implement solutions for improvement
  • Coordinate with risk department on leverage changes and trading issues
  • Communicate with Team Leaders and sales regarding IB requests and network structures
  • Liaise with technology providers on complex disputes
  • Cross-check with PSP on funding issues
  • Manage internal ticketing for departmental feedback and issues
  • Perform financial checks on system transactions and transfers
  • Collect technical information regarding complaints
  • Perform KYC validation and manage client lifecycle according to policies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of fraud operation processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or Brokerage Backoffice
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Advanced technical skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
  • Experience creating detailed reports and presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience in stock-broking IT or back office operations is a significant advantage
