Responsibilities
- Evaluate business processes and implement solutions for improvement
- Coordinate with risk department on leverage changes and trading issues
- Communicate with Team Leaders and sales regarding IB requests and network structures
- Liaise with technology providers on complex disputes
- Cross-check with PSP on funding issues
- Manage internal ticketing for departmental feedback and issues
- Perform financial checks on system transactions and transfers
- Collect technical information regarding complaints
- Perform KYC validation and manage client lifecycle according to policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of fraud operation processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or Brokerage Backoffice
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Advanced technical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- Experience creating detailed reports and presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience in stock-broking IT or back office operations is a significant advantage
