About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve performance targets and SLAs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution
  • Create and maintain accurate reports on team performance, attendance, and KPIs
  • Develop and manage team rosters to ensure optimal shift coverage for rotational shifts
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Address and resolve team conflicts effectively

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role such as Team Leader or Back Office Supervisor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing rotational shifts and flexible schedules
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
