About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve performance targets and SLAs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution
- Create and maintain accurate reports on team performance, attendance, and KPIs
- Develop and manage team rosters to ensure optimal shift coverage for rotational shifts
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Address and resolve team conflicts effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role such as Team Leader or Back Office Supervisor
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing rotational shifts and flexible schedules
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
