About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of back-office associates to ensure high productivity
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular audits to ensure quality and compliance
- Prepare regular operational reports regarding service delivery and process enhancements
- Manage back-office budgets and optimize resource utilization
