About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for back-office clients, handling inquiries via email and phone
- Provide clients with clear service plans, timelines, and documentation requirements
- Deliver regular updates on service progress and proactively communicate delays
- Draft professional correspondence including contracts, agreements, and official letters
- Support financial activities such as proposal preparation, cost modeling, and invoice processing
- Manage client and vendor registrations and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Coordinate renewal of licenses and registrations with relevant authorities
- Support compliance with Saudi Labor Law and manage government portals like HRSD, GOSI, Muqeem, and QIWA
- Assist with immigration, employee mobility, and issuance of visas and Iqamas
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Corporate Services, Government, Consultancy, or Professional Services
- Proven administrative and stakeholder management experience
- Exposure to international business environments
