Back Office Banca Empresarial

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain solid relationships with assigned corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues related to banking products and services
• Collaborate with Business Executives to promote and sell financial products, providing necessary administrative and operational support
• Act as a primary point of contact for corporate clients, offering assistance with inquiries, problems, and specific needs
• Monitor the performance and health of the assigned corporate portfolio

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas (completed or in progress)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Experience in client service (1 year preferred)
• Experience in corporate banking, business banking, or structured finance is highly desirable
