Responsibilities

  • Receive and review client service orders, requesting additional information when necessary to confirm acceptance
  • Prepare and send quotations to clients
  • Organize commercial files and prepare final operation documents
  • Enter inspection and testing service orders into the system for execution
  • Coordinate with clients and internal areas to ensure service execution
  • Manage documentation for operational personnel to enable access to ports, plants, or client sites
  • Control field documentation to ensure information accuracy and timely reporting
  • Handle service invoicing and follow up on the approval chain
  • Assist in consolidating inspector hours and managing supplier invoicing

Requirements

  • Completed secondary education
  • University student or graduate in commercial fields or related disciplines
  • Degree in Maritime Transport, International Trade, or Business Administration
  • Knowledge of shipping commercialization
  • Experience in maritime agency is preferred
