Back of House Crew Leader

Responsibilities

• Coach team members and ensure efficient workflow and high quality standards
• Assign daily tasks to Retail Stock Associates to meet metric objectives
• Assist in onboarding, training, and coaching of the team
• Oversee replenishment of items to retail sales floors to maintain healthy stock levels
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, item receipts, transfers, and fulfillments
• Utilize inventory management systems and handheld scanners to manage tasks and data
• Collaborate with management to track performance and improve team productivity
• Honor company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• 1-3 years of related work experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; NetSuite preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, special events, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use team lifting for items up to 120 pounds
• Availability to open and close twice a week
