About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage stock and inventory processes to ensure accuracy standards are met
- Process new deliveries and customer shipments
- Support cycle counts and other key inventory events
- Support the sales floor by delivering exceptional customer service as needed
- Facilitate in-store programs and events
- Maintain store integrity and uphold visual standards
Requirements
- Inventory experience in a customer-focused setting preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pull, push, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach as needed
- Open availability including at least one weekend day
