Back of House Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage stock and inventory processes to ensure accuracy standards are met
• Process new deliveries and customer shipments
• Support cycle counts and other key inventory events
• Support the sales floor by delivering exceptional customer service as needed
• Facilitate in-store programs and events
• Maintain store integrity and uphold visual standards

Requirements

• Inventory experience in a customer-focused setting (preferred)
• Ability to pull, push, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach as needed
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work at least 30 hours per week, including one weekend day
