Back-End Java Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop back-end systems and financial middle platforms for internet financial credit products
• Conduct requirement analysis, high-level design, detailed design, and functional development
• Create technical documentation and participate in the development of credit product back-end systems
• Perform daily system maintenance, identify issues, and implement continuous optimizations and improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of professional Java development experience
• Strong foundation in Java, including J2EE architecture, IO, multithreading, and collections
• Proficiency in Spring Cloud, Dubbo, and MyBatis frameworks
• Knowledge of distributed systems, caching, and messaging mechanisms
• Skilled in MySQL database usage and performance optimization
• Proficient in English as a working language
• Strong logical analysis, communication, and team collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in leading technology companies
• Previous experience with internet financial credit product projects
• Strong sense of product ownership
• Familiarity with unit testing, TDD, Linux, and UML
