BaaS Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the fintech sector.
• Lead client acquisition efforts and cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key partners.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and end-to-end negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal product, legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven success in business development within the fintech sector.
• Direct experience selling Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) or lending solutions.
• Strong understanding of lending, financial markets, products, and industry regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Polish.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain high productivity in an international environment.
• Local knowledge of the Polish market is considered a significant advantage.
