BA Coordinator, Data Operations

Responsibilities

• Perform information collection and data verification to support enterprise risk management.
• Conduct risk analysis and identify potential negative information within complex datasets.
• Generate detailed reports and output findings based on business investigations.
• Engage in telephone interviews and communication to gather necessary business intelligence.
• Balance report delivery efficiency with high-quality stability to meet client demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Finance, Accounting, Credit Management, or Economics are preferred.
• Strong information gathering and logical analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and telephone interview skills.
• Basic English reading and writing ability to handle fundamental English documentation.
• High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in credit investigation, auditing, finance, or data analysis.
• Internship or professional experience in enterprise information research or risk control.
• Familiarity with data verification processes and report writing.
• Strong information sensitivity and the ability to extract key points from complex data.
