B2C Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via written and telephone channels regarding public waste management services.
• Manage, track, and resolve customer cases from initiation to closure.
• Support customers with service-related questions, administrative processes, and billing inquiries.
• Manage inquiries related to invoicing, fee payments, and other financial administration.
• Handle cases from key partners, customers, or authorities, escalating them when necessary.
• Perform daily operational and administrative tasks, including regular and ad-hoc reporting.
• Cooperate with B2B and B2C customer service teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Manage the complaint handling process and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with consumer protection regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education; higher education is a plus.
• 0–2 years of professional experience, preferably in customer service or administration.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• High level of precision and attention to detail.
• Confident computer skills and a willingness to learn new IT systems and digital processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM or other enterprise customer service systems.
• Proficiency in the English language.
