About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of customer relations activities related to waste management public services.
- Collaborate with national customer service partners and support subcontractors to ensure high-quality service.
- Provide professional guidance to customer service colleagues in responding to inquiries.
- Manage inquiries from key customers, partners, and authorities.
- Participate in the development, regulation, and continuous improvement of customer service processes.
- Propose improvements to increase operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
- Coordinate with B2B and B2C customer service teams to optimize internal processes.
- Contribute to the implementation of long-term customer service strategies and digitalization initiatives.
- Monitor customer service performance and participate in monthly operational monitoring.
- Support complaint management processes and assist in handling consumer protection and mediation cases.
Requirements
- Higher education degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or customer relations.
- Complex thinking skills with the ability to navigate complicated situations quickly.
- High precision and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Intermediate level of English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce.
- Experience using customer service systems and CRM solutions.
- Experience in process development or performance management.
