About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of customer relations activities related to waste management public services.
  • Collaborate with national customer service partners and support subcontractors to ensure high-quality service.
  • Provide professional guidance to customer service colleagues in responding to inquiries.
  • Manage inquiries from key customers, partners, and authorities.
  • Participate in the development, regulation, and continuous improvement of customer service processes.
  • Propose improvements to increase operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
  • Coordinate with B2B and B2C customer service teams to optimize internal processes.
  • Contribute to the implementation of long-term customer service strategies and digitalization initiatives.
  • Monitor customer service performance and participate in monthly operational monitoring.
  • Support complaint management processes and assist in handling consumer protection and mediation cases.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or customer relations.
  • Complex thinking skills with the ability to navigate complicated situations quickly.
  • High precision and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Intermediate level of English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce.
  • Experience using customer service systems and CRM solutions.
  • Experience in process development or performance management.
