B2C CRM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of automated translation and content review infrastructure for global trigger campaigns
• Assist in the rollout of new platform channels such as web push and opt-in database expansions
• Act as the technical custodian of the Braze platform data environment and assist in data cleanup
• Execute and measure multivariate and A/B tests on localized copy and audience segments
• Monitor and report on key CRM performance metrics including open rates and conversions
• Manage and triage data-related ticketing queues between Marketing, Data, and Product teams
• Own end-to-end QA validation of data fixes and pipeline updates

Requirements

• Professional experience in a B2C CRM ecosystem
• Hands-on exposure to Braze or a comparable enterprise lifecycle marketing platform
• Ability to act as an operational bridge between technical and commercial teams
• Analytical aptitude with proficiency in Excel and dashboarding
• Strong attention to detail for manual testing and QA
• Professional fluency in English
