B2B Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and key accounts
• Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities across the Middle East region
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales support
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of corporate orders and projects
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams on brand partnerships and corporate activations
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance in CRM systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a commercial mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle, Hospitality, or Luxury industries
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
