B2B Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients to support business growth
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and partners
• Present and promote LikeCard’s products and services to potential and existing B2B customers
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth onboarding
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client data in CRM systems
• Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management
• Support account management activities and assist in upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Good understanding of the Saudi market and B2B sales environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
