B2B Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Pilot your commercial territory with autonomy and creativity in a high-potential sector
• Create value for practitioners by understanding their challenges and building tailor-made solutions
• Coach and inspire healthcare professionals to become satisfied users and ambassadors of Doctolib
• Actively participate in the digital transformation of healthcare in your region
• Develop and retain your client portfolio through a consultative sales approach
• Achieve and exceed commercial objectives using a structured sales methodology

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field prospecting and B2B sales
• Passion for technical sales and creating value in negotiations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to convince diverse stakeholders
• Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented
• Degree from a business school or equivalent university degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in the healthcare sector and its ecosystem
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM (Salesforce)
• Interest in the digital world
