Responsibilities
- Manage your commercial territory with autonomy and creativity in a high-potential sector
- Create value for practitioners by understanding their challenges and building tailor-made solutions
- Coach and inspire healthcare professionals to become satisfied users and ambassadors of Doctolib
- Actively participate in the digital transformation of healthcare in your region
- Develop and retain your client portfolio through a consultative sales approach
- Achieve and exceed commercial objectives using a structured sales methodology
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field prospecting and B2B sales
- Passion for technical sales and value-based negotiation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to convince diverse stakeholders
- Autonomous, proactive, and results-oriented
- Degree from a business school or equivalent university degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in the healthcare sector and its ecosystem
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM (Salesforce)
- Interest in the digital world
