B2B Sales Products Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage pricing and incentive modeling templates to accurately reflect product and program offerings.
• Maintain and update incentive contract templates in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Manage internal and external inboxes, providing prompt responses to inquiries.
• Utilize CRM systems to track, organize, and manage customer data.
• Collaborate with the Manager to create new sales programs for specialty segments such as Marine, Embassies, or Students.
• Facilitate communication with internal customers and Business Development Units (BDUs) regarding products and policies.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into sales performance and customer trends.
• Work with the sales policies team to ensure accurate representation of agency and corporate sales policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of work experience in a related field, specifically in sales support or administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret reports.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with pricing models, legal contracts, and sales policies.
• Experience supporting a field sales organization.
