B2B Sales Manager

About the Company

Our client designs and manufactures custom lithium-ion and lithium-polymer battery packs for UAVs, UGVs, USVs, and industrial systems. Their solutions are engineered for the most demanding applications where power, weight, endurance, safety, and seamless integration are mission-critical.

Responsibilities

• Develop a clear understanding of clients’ needs, technical requirements, and product integration specifics
• Present and sell custom-made battery pack solutions to UAV manufacturers
• Build and maintain strong, professional, and trust-based relationships with clients and partners
• Conduct product presentations, consultations, and technical discussions
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and ensuring repeat sales
• Work closely with clients to prepare tailored solutions based on technical and commercial requirements
• Participate in the development of the company’s partner network in Ukraine
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, meetings, and negotiations
• Handle client issues in a professional and tactful manner

Requirements

• Experience working with UAV manufacturers or companies in UAV production and integration
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and client relationship management
• Ability to understand technical products and communicate value
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian
• Willingness to travel across Ukraine for client meetings and exhibitions
• Proactive mindset and strong focus on results

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in B2B sales of UAV components, batteries, or electronics
