About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of premium ice cream to premium hotels, high-end restaurants, banquets, and catering companies
- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in the HORECA and event/catering segments
- Develop strong relationships with Executive Chefs, F&B Directors, Purchase Heads, and Event Planners
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and repeat business
- Conduct product tastings, training sessions, and presentations tailored for the hospitality sector
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update a database of prospects, leads, and clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Attend industry events, food exhibitions, and networking sessions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the hospitality or F&B industry
- Strong understanding of the premium hotel and restaurant ecosystem
- Proven track record of closing deals in the HORECA/catering segment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
