About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales of premium ice cream to premium hotels, high-end restaurants, banquets, and catering companies
  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in the HORECA and event/catering segments
  • Develop strong relationships with Executive Chefs, F&B Directors, Purchase Heads, and Event Planners
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and repeat business
  • Conduct product tastings, training sessions, and presentations tailored for the hospitality sector
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update a database of prospects, leads, and clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Attend industry events, food exhibitions, and networking sessions

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the hospitality or F&B industry
  • Strong understanding of the premium hotel and restaurant ecosystem
  • Proven track record of closing deals in the HORECA/catering segment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
