About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Carly’s outbound B2B sales strategy in the UK, driving pipeline generation across fleets, dealerships, and automotive partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing to ensure sustainable revenue growth
  • Launch and manage pilot projects with strategic partners to validate new business models and growth opportunities
  • Identify, negotiate, and close high-value strategic partnerships aligned with expansion goals
  • Own inbound lead qualification, prioritization, and conversion
  • Execute and improve sales playbooks, CRM processes, and outreach strategies using market insights
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the UK market across sales, marketing, and business teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Experience in automotive, mobility, SaaS, or technology-driven environments
  • Native English proficiency
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and pipeline generation independently
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions using KPIs and sales metrics
  • Proactive, self-organized mindset with experience in fast-paced, international environments
  • Knowledge of the UK automotive ecosystem, fleet industry, or dealership networks is highly valued
