About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition through the E-commerce & Logistic Platform
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Own and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline and CRM reporting
  • Develop and implement sales playbooks to enhance consultative selling
  • Lead and optimize the sales funnel and processes to improve conversion rates
  • Oversee sales performance through partnership programs and co-selling strategies
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities
  • Build, lead, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial roles
  • Mandatory experience selling SaaS, B2B Software, or platform-based businesses
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing pipelines
  • Experience developing sales strategies and team coaching frameworks
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Thai and good command of English
