About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition through the E-commerce & Logistic Platform
- Collaborate with the Growth team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline and CRM reporting
- Develop and implement sales playbooks to enhance consultative selling
- Lead and optimize the sales funnel and processes to improve conversion rates
- Oversee sales performance through partnership programs and co-selling strategies
- Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Build, lead, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial roles
- Mandatory experience selling SaaS, B2B Software, or platform-based businesses
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing pipelines
- Experience developing sales strategies and team coaching frameworks
- Proficiency in using CRM tools
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Thai and good command of English
