Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales for consulting, coaching, and training offerings across enterprise clients
- Leverage existing network of HR and L&D leaders to generate qualified leads
- Conduct client meetings, pitch presentations, and solution discussions with senior level stakeholders
- Develop customized proposals, RFP responses, and commercial models aligned to client needs
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through consultative, value-driven selling
- Collaborate with delivery and program design teams to ensure client success and renewals
Requirements
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in HR Consulting, L&D, Coaching, or Training space
- Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals (₹25L–₹1Cr+)
- Existing professional network of CHROs, HR & L&D Heads (mandatory)
- Excellent command over English communication (written & verbal)
- Strong proposal writing and presentation skills
- Consultative selling mindset
- Based in Gurgaon
