About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through aggressive prospecting
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and deliver presentations
- Conduct a minimum of 20 hours of prospecting each week
- Utilize and manage CRM systems to maintain customer information and Hot 25 lists
- Coordinate with account managers, operations, and marketing teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong skills in prospecting and territory development
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
- Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior sales training certification (e.g., Sandler, President’s Club, Dale Carnegie)
