About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through aggressive prospecting
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and deliver presentations
  • Conduct a minimum of 20 hours of prospecting each week
  • Utilize and manage CRM systems to maintain customer information and Hot 25 lists
  • Coordinate with account managers, operations, and marketing teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong skills in prospecting and territory development
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
  • Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior sales training certification (e.g., Sandler, President’s Club, Dale Carnegie)
