About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients
- Initiate sales process via cold calls, field visits, and scheduling appointments
- Close sales by building rapport and overcoming objections
- Conduct a minimum of 30 hours of prospecting each week
- Utilize and manage CRM to maintain customer information and Hot 25 list
- Coordinate with operations and marketing teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong prospecting and territory development skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
- Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior sales training certificate (e.g., Sandler, President’s Club, Dale Carnegie)
