About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients
  • Initiate sales process via cold calls, field visits, and scheduling appointments
  • Close sales by building rapport and overcoming objections
  • Conduct a minimum of 30 hours of prospecting each week
  • Utilize and manage CRM to maintain customer information and Hot 25 list
  • Coordinate with operations and marketing teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong prospecting and territory development skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
  • Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior sales training certificate (e.g., Sandler, President’s Club, Dale Carnegie)
