B2B Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify janitorial sales targets through proactive field visits, phone calls, and emails
• Generate appointments with business owners, facility managers, and property managers
• Sell City Wide services to potential prospects
• Assist the sales team with product information, sales ideas, and market data
• Manage prospecting and communication activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Support sales initiatives through calling and email campaigns
• Create sales presentations and conduct competitor analysis

Requirements

• Six months to two years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of outside sales principles
