About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise for the Logitech Personal Work Solutions (PWS) portfolio to Account Solutions Sales Teams
  • Accelerate B2B growth by upselling and cross-selling PWS products to Enterprise Customers via channel partners
  • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and presentations highlighting key features and value propositions
  • Support Account Managers by presenting headset solutions and driving business through Direct Engage Sales Teams
  • Manage opportunity tracking and pipeline progress using SFDC
  • Achieve preassigned revenue targets through proactive business development and support efforts
  • Facilitate product trials and nurture large opportunities with targeted Enterprise Customers
  • Conduct PWS enablement training and support trade shows, tabletops, and lunch-and-learn events

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of proven B2B sales experience working with Direct Engagement and channel partners (Resellers and Distribution)
  • Hands-on experience with PWS solutions including mice, webcams, keyboards, headsets, and device software management
  • Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to conduct technical product demonstrations
  • Proficiency with SFDC and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Ability to work onsite in Mumbai or Bangalore, India

Preferred Qualifications

  • Formal training in sales or presentation skills
  • Technical certifications related to hardware or software solutions
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for training, sales meetings, and customer events
  • Strong professional social networking presence
