About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end go-to-market orchestration, managing the lifecycle from initial concept and feature-to-benefit translation through to launch and adoption.
- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging architectures, including messaging houses and value propositions, to make complex insurance products compelling.
- Act as a strategic domain expert and the "Voice of the customer" in cross-functional forums with Product, Sales, Design, and Research teams.
- Create high-impact enablement tools and playbooks for B2B audiences, including brokers, consultants, and providers.
- Monitor and analyze product-specific KPIs, such as adoption rates and conversion metrics, to identify optimization opportunities.
- Ensure all product claims and marketing materials comply with healthcare regulatory environments and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of commensurate professional experience.
- 4+ years of relevant marketing experience, specifically driving go-to-market strategies for new products.
- Proven expertise in narrative construction, including persona development and feature-to-benefit translation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting GTM strategies to cross-functional leadership.
- Proficiency in project orchestration and managing complex, high-velocity production timelines.
- Analytical rigor with the ability to use data to measure GTM success and member sentiment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in health tech, insurance (payer), or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with individual markets and emerging employer models like ICHRA.
- Experience supporting B2B or B2B2C distribution models, particularly working with brokers and consultants.
- Ability to translate complex technical platforms and digital experiences for non-technical audiences.
