About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients including exporters, wholesalers, and manufacturers
  • Drive business growth across India and international markets, specifically the India–Dubai–Antwerp corridor
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to deal closure for high-value B2B transactions
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of 50+ active B2B client relationships through regular follow-ups and market updates
  • Prepare customized diamond assortments and negotiate pricing for rounds, fancies, and melee assortments
  • Track market intelligence, including competitor pricing, Antwerp RAP updates, and Dubai market trends
  • Represent the company at national and international diamond trade exhibitions and industry events
  • Ensure all transactions comply with Kimberley Process, ISEC registration, and export documentation requirements

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in B2B polished diamond sales or trading
  • Proven track record of handling high-volume trading (500+ carats monthly)
  • Deep knowledge of diamond grading, the 4Cs, and GIA/HRD certifications
  • Familiarity with the India–Dubai–Antwerp trade flows and global market pricing dynamics
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and advanced Excel skills
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is mandatory for market communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing client book of 10–20 active B2B buyers
  • 2+ years of international exposure in Dubai or Antwerp
  • Strong professional network within the GJEPC or Mumbai/Surat diamond ecosystems
  • Experience handling high-value commercial risks and LC-based transactions
