B2B Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end operational ownership across B2B and Retail channels
• Manage 3PL relationships for B2B fulfilment and retail replenishment
• Lead capacity planning and workflow optimisation to ensure efficiency
• Drive operational readiness for new B2B partners and retail expansions
• Develop and implement scalable operational processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align business goals
• Own and manage the operational budget
• Analyse operational data to identify and drive continuous improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience leading B2B operations and retail replenishment
• In-depth knowledge of wholesale fulfilment processes
• Experience partnering with and managing 3PL providers
• Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems
• Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
• Experience working effectively in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
