Responsibilities

• Support B2B operations including booking management, ticket creation, and schedule modifications
• Provide standard email and phone support for corporate clients regarding pricing and contracts
• Resolve agent absences and customer complaints to ensure high service quality
• Act as a point of contact for cleaning professionals regarding day-to-day inquiries and support
• Analyze client feedback to suggest service quality improvements
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance internal processes and operational efficiency
• Assist with brand strategy and growth hacking initiatives

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Fluent in English and French (minimum C1 level)
• German language skills are a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take ownership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment
