About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and monitor order progression from placement to dispatch
- Liaise with suppliers regarding production updates, delivery timelines, and shortages
- Coordinate freight bookings, dispatch follow-up, and delivery tracking
- Support customer enquiries via phone and email, including order amendments and returns
- Maintain accurate records across systems such as Pronto, Trello, and Magento
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and freight providers
- Assist with operational reporting, administrative tasks, and process documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in operations, customer service, administration, or coordination roles
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience using ERP or order management systems is highly regarded
- Intermediate computer skills across Microsoft Office and operational systems
