B2B Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage dedicated B2B marketing projects and clients autonomously
• Organize and animate communities through event management
• Manage guest lists and update databases
• Create promotional tools such as brochures, mini-sites, and leaflets
• Coordinate stakeholders including clients, audiences, and speakers
• Manage LinkedIn and WhatsApp groups
• Track commercial performance and leads generated from marketing activities
• Promote various channels including press, digital, and emailing
• Conduct competitive intelligence and stakeholder interviews
• Develop annual marketing plans and coordinate content creation (white papers, reports, etc.)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, marketing management, or B2B community animation
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Remarkable networking and interpersonal skills
• Premium customer service mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• English proficiency is a plus
