Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Korea B2B marketing plans aligned with global and regional objectives
• Drive full-funnel B2B marketing programs including customer events, field marketing, content, and partner marketing
• Partner with Korea Country/GTM, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Comms to support enterprise adoption
• Translate global B2B narratives into Korea-relevant campaigns and sales enablement tools
• Establish marketing operating rhythms, including budget oversight, agency management, and performance reporting
• Act as the Korea voice for B2B marketing in regional and global strategy discussions

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience with 5+ years in B2B marketing
• Proven track record of executing B2B programs for enterprise or developer audiences in Korea
• Deep understanding of Korea enterprise buying dynamics and local market nuances
• Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels in fast-moving environments
• Experience working in matrixed organizations with Sales, GTM, and Product teams
• Native Korean and business-level English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing AI, developer, or highly technical products
• Familiarity with trust-sensitive enterprise environments
• Experience leading field marketing, demand generation, or country-level B2B scopes
