B2B Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B growth in Central and Eastern Europe through aggressive lead generation and brand awareness
• Build and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences to engage regional businesses
• Take end-to-end ownership of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting
• Monitor campaign performance and produce executive-level reporting to drive data-driven optimizations
• Adapt global messaging to resonate deeply with local business cultures

Requirements

• Fluent Polish and fluent English speaker
• Proven ownership pedigree with experience implementing marketing projects from start to finish
• Entrepreneurial background with a history of high engagement in high-stakes environments
• Growth marketing expertise, including a broad knowledge of performance, analytics, and campaign planning
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-velocity, and ever-changing environment
• DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) mentality with the ability to own all regional marketing operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in cold email, SEO, or affiliate management
• Strong product marketing sense and design skills
• Deep understanding of the regional tech ecosystem and local buying-cycle shifts
