B2B Marketing Lead - DACH

Responsibilities

• Drive DACH B2B growth through aggressive lead generation and brand awareness initiatives
• Build and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences to engage regional prospects
• Take end-to-end ownership of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting
• Monitor campaign performance and produce executive-level reporting for data-driven optimization
• Adapt global messaging to resonate deeply with local business cultures and market nuances

Requirements

• Native German speaker with fluent English communication skills
• Proven growth marketing expertise across multiple channels
• Entrepreneurial background with a history of high engagement in high-stakes environments
• Strong ownership pedigree with experience implementing projects from start to finish
• Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, dynamic, and ever-changing environment
• "Jack of All Trades" mindset covering analytics, campaign planning, and event organization
