B2B Fulfillment Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across Small Parcel, LTL, International, Inbound, and FTL workstreams
• Ensure all orders are picked, staged, and shipped on schedule to meet best-day shipping standards
• Verify all orders are properly closed in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) before end of shift
• Prepare and validate load sheets for next-day shipments
• Supervise and coach a team of 15+ warehouse associates
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and internal guidelines
• Audit daily operations to ensure compliance with SOPs and inventory controls

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations
• 1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Knowledge of shipping modes including Small Parcel, LTL, FTL, and International
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
