About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality pre-sales and post-sales support to B2B corporate clients
  • Manage and execute invoicing processes accurately
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide effective problem resolution
  • Support the sales team in a dynamic and innovative environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma (Bachillerato)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in invoicing/billing
  • Must reside in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area (ZMG)
