Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality pre-sales and post-sales support to B2B corporate clients
- Manage and execute invoicing processes accurately
- Handle customer inquiries and provide effective problem resolution
- Support the sales team in a dynamic and innovative environment
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachillerato)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in invoicing/billing
- Must reside in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area (ZMG)
