B2B Contracts and Payments Officer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end validation and processing of incentive payouts in alignment with contractual terms and internal guidelines.
• Maintain detailed audit trails and documentation for all exceptions, adjustments, and manual interventions.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Audit departments to ensure seamless communication regarding incentive payouts and legal contracts.
• Manage the maintenance and continuous improvement of legal contract templates and compliance documentation.
• Analyze performance and incentive calculations to support sales teams in resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on incentive performance, customer trends, and program effectiveness.
• Maintain and enhance performance dashboards to deliver actionable insights for business decisions.
• Support the upkeep of incentive calculation and tracking tools.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in sales support, commercial operations, or a similar role, ideally within the airline or travel industry.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for commercial reporting.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial and legal data.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a high-paced, cross-cultural commercial environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience working within the aviation industry.
