About the role
Responsibilities
- Reply to emails and messages from Colnago distributors and dealers
- Assist B2B clients with warranty claims and after-sales issues
- Create regular reports regarding main customer service attention areas
- Help populate the company knowledge database by reporting frequent cases and solutions
Requirements
- Fluent written English
- Knowledge of CRM platforms (Hubspot is a plus)
- Knowledge of road bicycles
- Strong empathy and communication skills
- Precision and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Spanish, French, or German is a plus
