About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients including corporates, hotels, travel agencies, and airlines
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking and cold outreach
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate accounts to ensure high satisfaction
  • Prepare proposals, pricing models, and service agreements while negotiating contracts
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the transportation sector
  • Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within CRM systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Proven experience in transportation, hospitality, or logistics industries
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Existing network of corporate clients in Egypt
  • Knowledge of corporate mobility, travel, or chauffeur services
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
