About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients including corporates, hotels, travel agencies, and airlines
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate clients
- Prepare proposals, pricing models, and service agreements
- Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with company objectives
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the transportation sector
- Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in transportation, hospitality, or logistics
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
- Existing network of corporate clients in Egypt
- Knowledge of corporate mobility, travel, or chauffeur services
