B2 - Certifying Engineer - Base Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Carry out and supervise Base Maintenance tasks on Air Arabia and third-party aircraft, focusing on avionics and electrical systems
• Perform scheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting in accordance with approved maintenance procedures
• Sign off maintenance tasks performed or supervised within the scope of CAR 66 B2 license authorization
• Manage the safety of assigned tasks, ensuring all mandatory precautions and human factors are addressed
• Provide supervision and guidance to Technicians assigned to support maintenance tasks
• Ensure all work is accurately certified and recorded in a timely manner in compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• EASA Part 66 or GCAA CAR 66 B2 Aircraft Maintenance License
• Airbus A320 maintenance approvals
• At least 2 years of experience certifying maintenance on the Airbus A320 family
• At least 5 years of experience in a Base Maintenance environment
• In-depth knowledge of airframe and engine systems
• Proficiency in English for technical communications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to obtain a UAE driving license
