B1 - Technician - Base Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineers in performing airframe and engine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and component replacements.
• Prepare and execute scheduled aircraft maintenance according to assigned task cards and approved data.
• Conduct aircraft tests and inspections to identify and record defects or damage in accordance with maintenance procedures.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are recorded accurately and in a timely manner, complying with Air Arabia procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the safety of assigned tasks by following mandatory precautions and using proper ground support equipment (GSE).
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and minimize waste of consumable materials and parts.

Requirements

• Qualified and experienced Civil Aircraft Maintenance Technician.
• At least 2 years of experience performing maintenance on large commercial aircraft (Airbus types preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience working in a Base Maintenance environment.
• Strong understanding of Airframe and Engine Maintenance theory and practice.
• Fluency in English for technical communication (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain a UAE Driver’s License.
